Sean Visconti is a licensed property & casualty insurance broker based out of West Palm Beach, Florida. Sean works very closely with his clients and their leadership teams to helps them better understand and manage their commercial insurance programs.

Sean’s work focuses on education, structure, and decision-making, so insurance becomes something a business can plan around rather than react to.

Sean has been teaching classes both online, in-person and at conferences for over 5 years on topics such as workers’ compensation, risk transfer, and the insurance buying process. With an emphasis on the controllable factors that influence outcomes over time.

When businesses understand how insurers evaluate risk and how decisions compound, they tend to make better choices, experience fewer surprises, and gain greater control over long-term costs and balance sheet protection.

Before diving into insurance, Sean earned his BA in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where he played baseball on a scholarship. After a brief stint in professional baseball, Sean shifted gears to the insurance world.

Outside of his work with clients, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife, Faith, and their four children—Jamie (7), Lainey (5), Nolan (3), and their newest addition, Elsie.

In addition to his work and leading his family, Sean also volunteers his time to coach and mentor the youth. He loves coaching his kids and the others in his community to help them learn the fundamentals of sports, teamwork, having a strong work ethic and attitude that can be taken with them anywhere in life.
